The curtains are drawing on 2024 and I feel a deep sense of joy and gratitude as I write this blog.

It’s been an incredibly exciting and transformative year for Enthral. From breaking new ground in learn-tech innovation to expanding our global footprint, the year has been nothing short of remarkable. We are beyond proud of how far we’ve come and how much we’ve been able to empower organizations and learners worldwide.

Here’s a quick look at all the milestones that made this year unforgettable.

2024 was a year where we pushed boundaries and reached new heights. We closed the year with two prestigious Gold awards at the Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Technology Awards. Winning in collaboration with our customers, Landmark Group and Compass Group India, made this recognition even more special. These awards celebrate our team’s commitment to innovation and excellence in L&D.

We were also thrilled to be included in the Training Industry’s 2024 Top LMS Companies Watchlist—an honor that further validates the impact of our solutions in the learn-tech space.

This year also marked an exciting phase of global expansion for us. We extended our presence into new regions, including the US and Australia, while strengthening ties in markets where we’ve already made a mark. Our global mission, “From Asia for the World,” guided us as we built bridges between people, ideas, and possibilities across borders.

The partnerships we forged this year were instrumental in driving our growth. Collaborating with eMudhra, Sapience Technology, and Saltus Group (just to name a few) allowed us to leverage their expertise, amplifying the value we deliver through transformative learning experiences.

In 2024, we doubled down on our commitment to innovation. As Microsoft’s preferred ISV partner, we focused on integrating cutting-edge AI technologies into our products, enhancing learning experiences across the board. Our AI suite, launched this year, has been a game-changer, bringing personalized, intuitive, and impactful learning to the forefront. Our forward-thinking innovations—such as AI Proctoring, Hybrid Learning, AI Coaching, On the Job (OJT) framework, Sales Simulations (and many more!)—set new benchmarks in the industry.

A key highlight of 2024 was the incredible impact we had on our customers. With over 30 successful LMS and LXP go-lives, each new customer marked the beginning of a transformative learning journey. We’re especially proud of how we helped businesses like Darwinbox, Max, Keventers, and Orra Fine Jewellery achieve new levels of growth and success through our innovative learning solutions.

None of this would have been possible without our amazing team. 2024 was a year of growth for us, both in terms of talent and team culture. We also made sure to prioritize the well-being of our people, with wellness activities and team retreats that reinforced the importance of a happy, healthy workforce.
