Current Opportunities- Minimum 6 - 8 years in Corporate Sales (B2B/Enterprise Sales), of which at least 3-4 years should be in the eLearning Industry.

- Setting up meetings with existing and potential clients for Enterprise eLearning Services of GOLS viz.
- Custom Content Development, Customized Learning Management System (LMS), eLearning Consulting solutions.
- Giving Corporate and services Presentation /Demonstration to clients.
- Meeting the right person in HR / L&D departments, CXOs of the company.
- Mapping potential customer & generate leads, new opportunity and sales for the organization.
- Responsible for maintaining good relation with existing clients and cross selling and client mining.
- Maintaining full life cycle of sales process from prospecting to closure.
- Spearheading new business development and client management for the allotted area / region
- Researching the market and identifying potential target customers.
- Maintain the status of all prospects on daily/weekly/monthly basis and submit it to the management.
- Hands on experience in eLearning sales and business development would be preferred.
- Meeting quarterly and annually sales targets and KPIs.
- Must have in-depth working hands-on and knowledge of eLearning and IT industry.
- Should have the capability to critically analyze the needs of client.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, team building capabilities, good coordination with project execution teams and client.
- Responsible for all pre-sales activities including RFP/RFI response, conceptualize solutions, service mapping, etc.
- Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities.
- Should be able to develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at targeted firms.
- Working closely with other teams/departments to develop new business.
- Participating and representing the company at corporate/networking events.
- Minimum 0- 2 years in Corporate Sales

- Diploma/Degree in Fine Arts/ Graphic Designing Art or related field
- Designing user interfaces for e-learning based on brand usage, usability guidelines and audience profile using Adobe Flash
- Developing e-learning Flash pages based on storyboards created by IDs by incorporating the right visualization such as images, screenshots, interactivities and other design elements

- Creating graphic and animation elements like intro animations, illustrations, diagrams, icons, buttons and other interactive elements
- Min 2 Years of experience as a Graphics Designer
- Diploma/Degree in Fine Arts/ Graphic Designing Art or related field
- Knowledge about building proposals for corporate training
- Knowledge about using Excel and PowerPoint to build reports and charts
- Must have knowledge of Articulate, Adobe Flash, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, and Basic understanding HTML

- Prior eLearning experience will be preferred
- Sound knowledge of ID theories and current practices in the learning industry
- Should have experience in designing learning strategies and developing ID approach documents
- Should have exposure to developing courses for varied learner audience
- Exposure to developing for different learning mediums would be an advantage
- Should have carried out design and development reviews of learning content
- Will be responsible for designing instructional and assessment strategies for the learning
- Will also draft the learning materials, develop learning objectives and assessments, structure and write content creatively
- Will interact with SME’s for designing instructional for the learning
- Will also review the storyboards and courses for instructional accuracy before delivering to client
- Will manage a team of Instructional Writers and be responsible for deliverables within project schedules
- Execute a regional sales strategy, including forecasting and budgeting sales and bookings that drive corporate objectives and revenue growth expectations
- Achieve a sales funnel with the ability to forecast and measure performance from lead generation through to close
- Provide strong leadership and management of the global sales function, setting a unified direction for the team and ensure priorities are clear at all times
- Ability to foresee, interpret and rapidly respond to market changes by adjusting strategies and realigning priorities accordingly
- Develops relationships with clients to understand key applications and generate customer driven product requirements
- Manages Client Services team to ensure proposal alignment with sales and technical team
- Leads global marketing team, providing strategic and tactical direction to support business objectives
- Enhance C-level relationships with current and future clients, demonstrating business impact and ROI in a compelling and articulate manner
- Provides detailed, comprehensive quotes on prospective sales orders with minimal editing required by other members of operational team. Sets pricing in conjunction with Finance and Operations
- Oversee marketing initiatives across all business units and maximize value and ROI of all lead generation, demand generation, content creation, digital media, and business development activities
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other discipline; MBA preferred
- Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience of progressively responsible sales management and with Business to Business selling
- Knowledge of the elearning industry
- Demonstrated experience in business planning, sales, strategy development, compensation plans and strong financial management/ business acumen
- Demonstrated experience with negotiating and closing technical contracts
- Proven track record managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities
- Demonstrated experience within US, European and Asian markets
- Excellent relationship and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Domestic and international travel required (approximately 50%)
